1Scope of this policy

This policy describes how Fungibility LLC ("Fungibility," "we," or "us") handles information in connection with the website at fungibilityllc.com.

It does not cover our products. Vanometry, Powerbuyer, and BiziEdit are separate applications that collect and process data in order to operate, and each publishes its own privacy policy on its own website. If you are a user of one of those products, that product's policy governs your data, not this one.

2Information we collect

This website does not ask you for personal information. There is no account system, no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no comment section. The only way to send us information through this site is to choose to email or call us using the contact details we publish.

Two categories of information arise automatically from ordinary web hosting:

• Server logs. Like effectively all web servers, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each request: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. These logs exist for security and reliability purposes and are retained for a limited period according to our provider's standard practice.
• Correspondence. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so that we can respond to you and maintain a record of the conversation.

3Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own. It contains no advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking scripts, and no third-party behavioral analytics.

4Third-party services

This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google receives your IP address and user agent as a normal part of serving the request. Google's handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy, and we have no access to it.

The site is served by a third-party web hosting provider, which processes requests and maintains the server logs described above on our behalf.

Links on this site point to our own product websites and may point to other external sites. Following such a link takes you to a service we do not control under this policy.

5How we use information

We use the limited information described above only to operate and secure this website and to respond to people who contact us. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

6Disclosure of information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only in these circumstances:

• To service providers who help us operate the site, such as our hosting provider, and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
• Where required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
• Where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fungibility LLC or others.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, in which case the recipient would remain bound by this policy.

7Data security and retention

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We keep the information described here only as long as it serves the purpose for which it was collected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, or to object to certain processing. To make such a request, email hello@fungibilityllc.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Because this website itself collects so little, most requests about product data are better directed to the relevant product, where account information actually lives.

9Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10International visitors

Fungibility LLC operates in the United States, and this website is hosted and administered there. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that the limited information described above is processed in the United States.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
